Construction
Surveying and Mapping
Our firm utilizes the most current robotic survey and data collection equipment
integrated with Land Development Desktop survey and engineering software to create
clean, efficient transfer of field to office data for the development of design
base maps. The same office-to-field transfer of data is utilized for construction
staking of all facets of the project. Our survey staff is cross-trained in the creation
of base mapping and basic development of contour mapping, as well as civil design
of roads, sewer, water and storm drainage profiles. This gives them a more comprehensive
understanding of design, making them more effective in collecting survey data in
the field.

Project Management/Planning
and Permitting
During initial project planning and implementation, each project task is coded and
staff assignments are delegated noting task, time allocated, and required timeline
to meet schedule. This is an effective planning process that assures adequate staff
resources, opportunity to communicate concerns, and early discussion of timeline
issues to ensure project schedule is maintained.
NDD professionals operate with maximum flexibility to provide reasonable, sound alternatives
and solutions to complex projects that meet project goals, schedule and budget. When necessary,
we contract qualified consultants and contractors in wetlands, landscape, and mechanical and
electrical disciplines as appropriate to compliment our resources. We’re willing to work with
any qualified subcontractors designated by our clients.
